Every DIY kit is hand-picked and packed by us from natural preserved material. Stems, tones and forms vary from box to box, this means that your finished piece will be your own.

Yes, you can provide us with the recipient's address at checkout and include a hand-written message at no extra charge. Just let us know if there is something you'd like written.
Anyone you share the link with and anyone who scans the plaque. Memorials aren't listed in a public directory, and you can remove any tribute. If you ever want a memorial taken down, one email to us and it's done.
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from humidity as it can gradually fade the botanicals. A well-lit room set back from the window is ideal. Avoid water completely. Lightly dust with a soft brush or a hairdryer on a cool, low setting when needed.
A small dot of floral adhesive or craft glue is usually enough to reattach it. Contact us if you'd like advice specific to your piece.
A small amount of natural fading may occur over years, especially with direct sun exposure. Kept in a shaded, low-humidity space, most pieces hold their colour beautifully.
With gentle care, preserved and dried pieces can last for years. Often between 3 to 5 years or more, while retaining their shape and colour.
Absolutely. We tailor palettes, textures, and vessels to your space and occasion. Share as much detail as you like, inspiration images are especially helpful.
Yes. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll arrange for you to drop it off or send it to us before we begin work.
We work from a private studio with no public shopfront. All orders are handled online or via SMS/email. Pick up for orders is also available from our studio location, we'll confirm a suitable time once your order is ready.
