Yes. Creating and keeping a memorial page costs nothing, forever — including tributes, candles and up to 20 photos. We only charge for optional extras: the aluminium QR plaque, or the Lifetime upgrade with unlimited photos and themes.

Anyone you share the link with — and anyone who scans the plaque. Memorials aren't listed in a public directory, and you can remove any tribute. If you ever want a memorial taken down, one email to us and it's done.

Each plaque ships with industrial outdoor adhesive (suitable for polished granite and most stone) and screw-mount holes for masonry fixing. Check your cemetery's monument guidelines first — most permit small plaques, but rules vary between cemeteries.

Memorials matter precisely because they outlast us, so we take stewardship seriously. Your content is always yours — you can request a full export at any time, and our commitment is that memorial pages remain online and free for their lifetime.
