Single capsules can be up to 10 minutes long. Most people find three to five minutes feels most natural. Vault Plus doesn't limit the number of capsules or how often you re-record them.
On the date you pick. Common choices are a milestone birthday, a wedding, a graduation, an anniversary, or the day a grandchild turns a certain age. We'll email the recipient a secure link on the morning of that day.
Any time before the release date. Re-record it, change who it's for, move the date, or cancel it. Your message isn't shared until the day you've chosen.
Yes. Your video is encrypted at rest with bank-grade AES-256, the same standard as the Gaia Vault. Only you can see it until the release date. No Gaia staff watch your capsules in normal operation.
Your capsule still reaches the person you chose, on the day you chose. Our team confirms your wishes have been met and the video is delivered through the same secure link.
