A will isn't just one line about who gets the house. These are the decisions worth putting in writing.
Your executor makes sure everything in your will actually happens, so choose someone you trust to handle it.
If you have kids under 18, name who you'd want caring for them if you weren't able to.
List your home, savings, super and belongings, then decide who receives each one.
Pets are treated like family. Name a carer and set aside something for their upkeep.
Note your social media, subscriptions and online accounts so they can be closed or passed on.
A simple line covering "everything else" makes sure nothing is left in limbo. Rules on this vary a little by state, so Gaia tailors the wording to where you live.
